It is sometimes overlooked that neither owners nor residents have any control over Hong Lok Yuen Property Management Company Ltd as it is a private company owned by the estate developer. There are however two owners associations that meet as advisory bodies to the HLY Management Services Office, and the minutes of the meetings can be viewed here.
